About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented Project Execution Manager who can independently handle execution and coordination of Banking, Corporate and Commercial Projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination
- Coordinate with Bank Branches, Regional Offices and Corporate Clients.
- Understand project requirements and execution timelines.
- Schedule site surveys and project meetings.
Vendor Management
- Develop and manage a network of vendors and contractors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Allocate work to vendors and monitor execution quality.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Project Execution
- Plan and track project activities from start to completion.
- Coordinate installation of:
- Digital Screens
- Signages & advertising work
- Branding Materials
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Electrical Works
- Civil & Interior Works
- Furniture & Fixtures
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
Site Management
- Conduct site inspections whenever required.
- Verify measurements, materials and installation quality.
- Resolve on-site issues and execution bottlenecks.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project status reports.
- Collect work completion reports, photographs and approvals.
- Coordinate invoice submission and payment documentation.
Required Skills:
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to travel for site visits when required.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
