We are looking for a hybrid, energetic Creative Head who can seamlessly navigate between the digital and physical design worlds. You will act as the driving creative force for our agency/company, leading a talented 10-member design team.

In this role, you aren't just a manager; you are an execution expert. Half your time will be spent conceptualizing stellar digital user experiences (UI/UX for web/apps) and industrial product packaging/3D mockups. The other half will be spent mentoring your team, managing creative pipelines, and ensuring top-tier visual delivery across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership & Team Management (40%)
- Lead, mentor, and review the output of a 10-member creative team including digital designers, visual content creators, and UI developers.
- Assign tasks, track sprint timelines, and optimize team workflows to ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Conduct creative brainstorming sessions to translate client or internal briefs into high-impact visual campaigns and product assets.

2. UI/UX Design (30%)




- Own the end-to-end digital product design process: from user research, user flows, and wireframing to high-fidelity UI layouts.
- Collaborate closely with frontend development teams to ensure technical feasibility and pixel-perfect design implementation.

3. Product Packaging & Mockups (30%)
- Conceptualize and design physical product packaging, labels, and boxes from scratch based on brand guidelines.
- Produce realistic 3D digital mockups and spatial visualizations to showcase how packaging will appear in real-world retail or digital contexts.
- Understand material constraints, dielines, and print technicalities (CMYK, bleed settings, spot UV) to deliver print-ready artwork to production vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of active design experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead role managing other designers.
