Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and update the database.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of leads.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a night shift workplace.
- Freshers can apply; prior calling or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
