About the job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing data and reporting systems, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance,



and operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: -:
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Managing renewals of contract of existing customers with regular cadence with Sales
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Drive the overall sales productivity and effectiveness through a consistent and predictable business cadence
- Create and deliver regular and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting processes.
- Assist in the design and implementation of sales tools and automation strategies.
