About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Service Desk Analyst to join our growing People Operations team in India. This is an exciting chance to help establish and scale our brand-new India hub during a period of rapid expansion. In this role, you will be the backbone of our frontline HR support, delivering efficient administrative services to employees and managers across the region. As a primary point of contact for HR inquiries,



you will ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining accurate records in full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring you to be in the Hyderabad office at least 3 days per week and giving you the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days. You will report to the People Services Manager on the Global People Services team.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Act as first line support enquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist or HR Manager where required
- Own ticket escalation process on our case management platform - monitor incoming cases, assess urgency, direct them to the correct team, and follow through until resolution
