Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Taxation and Fixed Assets.

Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and preparation of financial statements.

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Monitor cash flows, working capital management, and treasury operations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Finance

Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with company goals.

Perform variance analysis and provide business insights to leadership.
- Support business planning, fundraising, investor reporting,



and strategic financial decisions
- Audit, Controls & Risk Management

Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits.

Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Ensure accurate and timely regulatory and statutory reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing accounts team.

Foster a culture of transparency, accuracy, and financial discipline.

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
