Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and manage customer invoices, vendor payments, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement accounting.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and organized documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants for statutory filings and compliance requirements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required financial records and documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements
- B.Com or M.Com.
- 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on working experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.




- Valuable understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Internship or prior work experience with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
