Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for client campaigns, including social media creatives, ads, banners, etc that align with their brand voice and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing strategists,performance marketers and designers to understand client objectives and deliver high-quality designs.
- Follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity and innovation to campaign visuals.
- Integrate AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney,



and others into the design process to boost creativity, streamline workflows, and enhance output.
- Manage multiple projects, allocate tasks to interns, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a collaborative and creative environment.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and new techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to client projects. Qualifications
- Students from design institutes like NIFT, Pearl Academy, etc. are encouraged to apply
- 6 months - 1 year of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
- Immediate availability to join and work from our Kirti Nagar office
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator Required; After Effects & Premiere Pro a plus).
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar) and a willingness to explore new technologies
