Drivensteel Engineering.is a growing structural consulting & Detailing firm, We are looking for an Fresher & experienced Independent Business Development Specialist, with a background in B2B Sales / Outbound Sales Experience in US / Canada Region,

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for _attracting, developing, and closing new business_ relationships.
- Your primary goal will always be to _identify potential clients, secure recent business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationships_ with new clients.
- You will _generate and qualify leads_ through cold calling, online prospecting, and marketing campaign collaboration, including new market and project research.
- You will follow and _maintain in-depth awareness of industry trends across USA & Canada _and use that knowledge to develop short and long-term business development strategies.
- You _must possess an exceptionally vast network_, saturated with industry intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources to _achieve company objectives._




- Your _success_ in this role will be _measured by the growth of the client base._ You will be responsible for meeting quarterly sales quotas, and for driving sales.
