Job Summary

Infra Dev Specialist role focused on designing and enhancing monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk ITSI in a hybrid work model for a global enterprise client. The role involves building resilient dashboards alerts and service models that improve system reliability reduce downtime and provide actionable insights to operations and product teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Develop service oriented models in Splunk ITSI that map business services to underlying technical components to enable faster incident correlation and impact assessment

Configure and fine tune notable events alerting and correlation rules in Splunk ITSI to minimize noise and highlight incidents that require immediate operational attention

Build and optimize custom dashboards reports and glass tables that present meaningful real time insights for technology and business stakeholders supporting data informed decision making





Analyze historical monitoring data and incident trends using Splunk to identify recurring issues propose remediation actions and support continuous improvement of system reliability and performance

Optimize search queries correlation searches and data models within Splunk ITSI to improve performance reduce resource consumption and ensure timely alert generation

Document solution designs configuration standards and operational runbooks for Splunk ITSI implementations to support sustainable operations and knowledge transfer within the team

Provide day to day support for existing Splunk ITSI implementations by troubleshooting issues validating data quality and coordinating fixes with relevant technical teams

Work within a hybrid work model collaborating through digital tools and occasional onsite workshops to ensure alignment with global stakeholders and project objectives

Contribute to organizational observability strategy by recommending best practices reusable patterns and standard metrics that align with the company purpose of deli
