2. About Selexic Pay

Selexic Pay is a specialized HRMS and payroll management solution designed for labour contractors and organizations managing large workforces.

The platform helps businesses manage areas such as:
- Labour/Employee Management

- Salary processing

3. Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to generate revenue and ensure customer success for Selexic Pay in Pune and Mumbai.

The employee will perform three interconnected functions:
A. Marketing

Create awareness and generate qualified leads.

B. Sales

Convert prospects into paying Selexic Pay customers.

C. Technical Support

Help customers understand, configure and use Selexic Pay successfully.

This is therefore a revenue + customer-success role, not a purely administrative support position.
