We are looking for experienced and performance-driven Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for international travel bookings.
- Sell domestic and international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visa services, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options based on their budget and preferences.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-ups.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales reports in the CRM/system.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of international air ticketing and fare construction.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good understanding of airline policies, travel documentation, and reservation processes.
- Ability to work under press
