Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate freight with carriers and customers.
- Find and book reliable carriers for available loads.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers.
- Track loads and coordinate with carriers throughout the shipment.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads.
- Handle rate confirmations, load details, and other required documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with customers and carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and carrier information.
- Meet daily and monthly performance and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Freight Broker / Freight Broker Agent in the US logistics industry.:
- Strong knowledge of the US trucking and freight market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to source carriers and negotiate rates effectively.
- Comfortable working with US customers and carriers.
- Positive knowledge of load boards and freight management systems is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
