Set and install dies, tools, fixtures, and other tooling on production machines.
- Carry out die changing and machine setup as per production requirements.
- Check die condition before and after use and report any damage or abnormality.
- Set machine parameters such as stroke, pressure, speed, feed, and other required settings.
- Conduct trial runs after die setting and ensure the first-off component meets the required quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments during setup to achieve required dimensions and quality.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams whenever required.
- Ensure proper alignment and fitting of dies to avoid rejection, damage, or machine breakdown.
Pay: ₹11,240.61 - ₹27,791.37 per month
