We are seeking a Content Enablement Authoring & Taxonomy Solution Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver creative Content Enablement Authoring & Taxonomy products for Novartis International business teams.

About the Role:

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product Authoring & Taxonomy solutions across the content lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Anthill Activator capabilities (Modular Content, RTE, iCVA, taxonomy and content distribution configurations).
- Drive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence.



Coordinate across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with novartis standards and governance processes. Drive Agile/DevOps delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively. Support vendor management and contract execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements. Govern Anthill Activator platform configurations, workflows, forms, templates, permission models, and taxonomy structures.
- Provide delivery status, reporting, and insights to leadership. Lead release planning, change management, and environment management activities. Oversee platform health, stability, and operational excellence.

Essential Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or relate
