Role Overview

Kruverse is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive / Manager responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO.

Key Objective of the Role

The primary objective of the Performance Marketing Executive / Manager is to take ownership of Kruverse's digital acquisition and growth by:
Planning → Executing → Tracking → Optimizing → Scaling → Generating Revenue

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-customer conversions.




- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Work closely with the sales/client relationship team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
- Continuously test and implement new digital marketing strategies.
