Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design and create attractive gift hampers, gift boxes, festive gift sets, and customized gifting solutions.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gift concepts based on budget, occasion, and preferences.

Provide product information, customization options, pricing details, and gifting recommendations.





Coordinate with customers regarding gift selections, approvals, personalization requirements, and delivery schedules.

Manage enquiry follow ups and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Coordinate corporate gifting enquiries and support bulk gifting projects.

Work closely with sales, operations, and packing teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Assist with product selection, arrangement, packaging concepts, ribbon styling, and presentation ideas.

Maintain customer records, enquiry logs, and order tracking information.

Support product photoshoots, social media content creation, and gifting presentations when required.

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the gifting journey.

Minimum 1 year experience in Gift Designing, Customer Service, Sales Support, Retail, Hospitality, Event Management, Decoration, Craft Work, or related fields.
