Recollectix Media is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing qualified to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns for clients.

The role will involve influencer strategy, creator discovery, outreach and negotiation, campaign execution, content approvals, performance tracking, reporting, budget management, and long-term creator relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Recommend the right influencer tiers, platforms, content formats, timelines, KPIs, and budgets.
- Develop campaign plans covering awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion objectives.
- Identify the right creator mix based on brand, audience, category, and campaign requirements.

2. Influencer Discovery & Vetting
- Identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Evaluate creators based on:
- Engagement rate
- Audience quality and authenticity
- Follower demographics




- Content quality
- Brand alignment
- Past campaign performance
- Brand safety
- Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant creators for current and future campaigns.

3. Influencer Outreach & Negotiation
- Manage professional outreach to influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms including:
- Influencer fees
- Deliverables
- Timelines
- Exclusivity
- Usage rights
- Content whitelisting/boosting rights
- Close collaborations while ensuring campaigns remain within approved budgets.
- Maintain professional relationships throughout the negotiation and execution process.

4. Contract & Compliance Management
- Ensure every influencer collaboration is supported by a written agreement or approved confirmation.
- Ensure influencer content complies with applicable advertising and disclosure requirements, including appropriate #Ad, #Collab, #Sponsored, or other required disc
