Key Responsibilities: Student Inquiry Handling
- Call prospective students who have shown interest in academy courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses.
Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up with inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and walk-ins.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students until admission.
Admission Counseling
- Schedule counseling appointments and academy visits.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and relationship building.
- Guide students through the admission process.
Database Management
- Maintain inquiry records and student databases.
- Update daily call reports and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the academy management regarding admissions and lead status.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve basic student queries and concerns.
- Build trust and maintain qualified communication with students and parents.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong follow-up and counseling skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, customer service, education, training institutes, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly off as per academy policy.
