Job Summary

Responsible for Center HR related concerns

Key Responsibilities

artner with business and location leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Manage workforce planning and hiring, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and internal movements.

Drive employee engagement and workplace culture through events, communication, and recognition programs.

Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Support performance management and talent development initiatives, including succession planning and retention.

Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, exits, transfers, confirmations, and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies,



statutory requirements, and audit processes.

Monitor HR metrics and analytics, such as headcount, attrition, hiring, and productivity, and provide leadership insights.

Coordinate learning and development programs to build employee capabilities and leadership readiness.
