noxDesigns is looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to manage tendering, estimation, costing, and bid-submission activities for interior, exterior, façade, civil, structural, and MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Searching and reviewing government, private, and e-tender opportunities
- Studying BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents
- Preparing cost estimates, rate analyses, technical bids, and commercial offers
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Preparing and submitting online and offline tenders within deadlines
- Managing EMD, tender fees, BGs, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Attending pre-bid meetings and preparing tender-related correspondence
- Maintaining tender records and following up on submitted bids





Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and rate analysis
- Experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and tender documentation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Experience in construction, interiors, façade, civil, or MEP projects will be preferred
