Job Summary

D’Genius Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Motion Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team.

Responsibilities:
- Create static and video creatives for social media, digital ads, campaigns, reels, presentations, and brand promotions.
- Use AI tools to generate high-quality visuals, backgrounds, characters, product scenes, and creative concepts.
- Create motion graphic videos with smooth transitions, text animations, visual effects, and engaging layouts.
- Convert AI-generated images into animated videos using image-to-video AI tools.
- Design reels, banners, launch creatives, festive creatives, offer creatives, and promotional content.
- Work on brand-focused creatives for different industries and campaign requirements.
- Edit videos with proper pacing, sound, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Maintain visual quality, proper lighting, shadows,



composition, spacing, and finishing in all creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaign concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, motion graphic styles, and social media content formats.
- Ensure all creatives are clean, professional, brand-aligned, and ready for publishing.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics.
- Experience with AI image generation and AI video generation tools.
- Good understanding of social media creatives, digital ads, branding, and campaign design.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, lighting, and composition.
- Good video editing and animation skills.
- Ability to create engaging reels, short-form videos, and promotional videos.
