We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our two major sales verticals:
1. Spice Export Division
- Find and develop bulk export buyers
- Handle B2B sales and international client acquisition
- Manage wholesale and merchant export deals

2. Lovbyt Retail Division
- Expand product placement in:
- Supermarkets
- Premium stores
- Bakeries
- Hotels & resorts
- Appoint and manage distributors
- Increase retail reach and market penetration

Key Responsibilities

A. Market Expansion

✔ Identify current B2B buyers and wholesalers

✔ Secure export contracts for spices

✔ Develop domestic sales channels

B. Distributor & Retail Network Development

✔ Appoint distributors in target markets

✔ Build retailer relationships

✔ Ensure product availability in key outlets

C. Sales Growth & Target Achievement

✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

✔ Increase product movement and repeat orders





✔ Improve territory-wise sales performance

D. Client Relationship Management

✔ Maintain strong customer relationships

✔ Handle negotiations and follow-ups

✔ Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

E. Market Intelligence

✔ Track competitor pricing and products

✔ Analyze market trends and demand

✔ Collect retailer and customer feedback

F. E-commerce Support

✔ Coordinate with online marketplaces

✔ Support digital sales growth

✔ Assist in online promotions

G. Reporting

✔ Submit daily/weekly sales reports

✔ Prepare sales forecasts

✔ Provide management with market update
