Paid Search (PPC) Management: Set up and manage pay-per-click campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, set bid strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum click-through rates and conversions.
Social Media Advertising: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Develop audience targeting strategies and ad creatives to drive engagement and conversions.
Display and Retargeting Campaigns: Create and manage display advertising and retargeting campaigns to reach potential customers who have shown interest but haven't converted. Optimize creatives and placements for better engagement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze landing pages and user journeys to identify
opportunities for improving conversion rates. Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement necessary changes.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.



Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, insights and recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively across various campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign
elements to identify winning variations and improve overall campaign performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Office timings : 10.00 to 7.30 pm (Monday to Friday, Saturday depending on the projects)

Designation : Will be decided post the interview

Pay: Up to ₹310,000.00 per year
