We are expanding aggressively and looking for passionate sales professionals to help entrepreneurs and investors start their own SkillCircle Franchise Centers.
What You'll Do
✔ Speak with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners interested in starting a SkillCircle franchise ( 125- 150 calls a day )
✔ Conduct discovery calls and understand their investment goals
✔ Present the SkillCircle franchise prospect through calls, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings
✔ Guide prospects throughout the decision-making process
✔ Handle follow-ups and maintain relationships with potential franchise partners
✔ Close franchise deals and achieve monthly sales targets
✔ Update CRM and maintain sales records
✔ Work closely with the leadership team on expansion plans
Who Should Apply?
✔ 1-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, Education Sales, Real Estate, Insurance, or High-Ticket Sales
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Comfortable speaking with business owners and investors
✔ Target-oriented and self-driven
✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
