Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic/education counseling.:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Valuable understanding of student counselling and admission processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead-management systems will be an advantage.
