Responsibilities: Create engaging videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns Design high-quality graphics, banners, and promotional creatives Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality design solutions. Ensure that all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity. Good sense of pacing, trends, and social media content styles to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency in software tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or any other relevant video editing software A robust and creative portfolio. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts,



or a related field. 2-3years of experience. Proven experience with graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, premiere pro, After effects). Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory. Hands-on experience in video shooting, framing, lighting, and basic equipment handling. Exceptional creativity with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
