Role Overview

We are looking for a B.Tech + MBA fresher to support Business Development and Bid Management activities across Defence, Aerospace, Space, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track RFI, EOI, RFQ, RFP, and tender opportunities.
- Research potential customers, government organizations, PSUs, and industry partners.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and bid documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams.
- Support customer, vendor, OEM, and partner coordination.
- Maintain opportunity pipelines, tender trackers, and business development reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Aerospace,



Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development / Operations preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience; Freshers can apply.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and research abilities.
- Basic understanding of engineering/technology solutions.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in Defence, Aerospace, Space, and government projects.
- Willingness to learn tendering, government procurement, and bid management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per hour
