The Senior Specialist, Oncology Marketing Engagement Analytics, DHH will be responsible for developing and delivering data and analytics, generating strategic insights, and addressing key business questions from theGlobal Oncology Marketing team to inform current and future pipeline biomarker strategies. The team member will partner closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including global marketing, regional marketing, clinical, outcomes research, medical affairs, as well as across the depth of the DHH organization.
Reporting to Associate Director, Oncology Marketing Engagement Analytics, within DHH,
this role will lead development of analytics capabilities for the cutting-edge oncology new products and companion diagnostic priorities enabling the oncology new asset pipeline.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Analytics: Develop and synthesize cross-portfolio insights to support oncology pipeline and biomarker strategy decisions; contribute to building scalable analytics capabilities aligned to marketing and launch frameworks.
- Benchmarking Analytics: Conduct benchmarking analyses to generate actionable insights and translate findings intoclear business recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement Communication: Deliver explicit, synthesized insights andtranslate analytics into actionable recommendations for global marketing and cross-functional teams; collaborate to align on key business questions and decisions.
