Join our established manufacturing company, with over 30 years of excellence, as the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager for our growing Derma Cosmetic Division. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our derma cosmetic products, driving regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

QA Manager - Derma Cosmetic Division

Location: Kuvadva GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in implementing and maintaining robust quality management systems tailored for derma cosmetic manufacturing.
- Develop, review, and update SOPs to ensure compliance with national and international cosmetic regulations (e.g., CDSCO, BIS).
- Supervise in-process and finished product testing; analyze results to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and Packaging teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Manage internal audits and facilitate external inspections by regulatory authorities.




- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality; implement corrective/preventive actions as needed.
- Train staff on quality standards, GMP guidelines, and hygiene practices relevant to dermacosmetics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all QA activities and ensure traceability of records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry; experience with derma cosmetics preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of GMP guidelines and Indian/international cosmetic regulations.
- Solid analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; proficiency in Gujarati/Hindi is an advantage.
- Proven leadership abilities - experience managing a QA team is essential.

Preferred Attributes:
- PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process
