Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management activities.
- Review and resolve denied and unpaid claims.
- Perform insurance follow-up and appeals.
- Analyze payer trends and identify revenue leakage.
- Work with providers and internal teams to improve collections.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of US Healthcare RCM experience.
- Robust knowledge of AR, denial management, and claim processing.
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of eCW and clearinghouses (TriZetto) preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
