Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new business leads through calls, online enquiries, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain relevant legal, licensing, registration, and consultancy services to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to improve conversion.
- Coordinate with the internal legal and consultancy teams for client requirements and service delivery.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and client records in CRM/other systems.
- Prepare basic quotations and coordinate with the concerned team wherever required.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-conversion targets.
- Monitor the status of enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional services.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with client information.

Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of sales, business development, lead generation, and client handling.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate service offerings clearly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and organised.
- Prior experience in legal services, licensing, registration, consultancy, B2B sales, or professional services will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
