- Compare our institute's offerings with those of other institutes in a positive and ethical manner to help students make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by using robust convincing and negotiation skills.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admission progress.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Counseling, Admissions, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand students' and parents' needs and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
