Netchqs Solutions is a growing e-commerce agency assisting manufacturers, brands, and sellers to launch and scale their presence across major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Performance Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Specialist to build, run, and scale our client acquisition engine. Your primary responsibility will be running high-ROI ad campaigns, setting up WhatsApp API/CRM automations, and acquiring qualified Indian e-commerce marketplace sellers who need account management services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Search lead ads targeting e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, and brand owners.
- Database & Scraping: Extract and manage B2B target contact lists from trade directories (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google Business Profiles).
- WhatsApp & CRM Automation: Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API tools (AiSensy/Wati/Interakt) and CRM (TeleCRM/Zoho) for automated drip messaging,



instant lead responses, and appointment booking.
- Pipeline Optimization: Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Lead Quality, ensuring a steady stream of 30+ qualified seller leads per week for our sales team.
- Collateral & Copy: Draft high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and lead forms offering account audits and suspension fix solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B Lead Generation, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record in using WhatsApp Business API tools (Wati, AiSensy, or similar) and B2B CRMs.
- Knowledge of the Indian e-commerce seller ecosystem (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra) is a major plus.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with robust copywriting and messaging skills.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and ROI.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
