Content Director

Location: Omalur, Salem

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies across multiple brands and platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars, campaign plans, and publishing schedules.
- Research industry trends and develop concepts, scripts, and content strategies for reels, short-form videos, YouTube content, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee content creation for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage podcasts, blogs, website content, and product communication materials.
- Review, edit, and approve content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Lead and coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and external agencies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support business objectives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and industry trends.
- Drive innovation in content formats, storytelling techniques,



and digital engagement strategies.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.

Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, branding, social media management, or creative leadership.
- Solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing content across multiple platforms and brands.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital content strategy.
- Familiarity with content analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and creative thinking skills.
