- Conduct routine, type, and special tests on power and distribution transformers.
- Perform transformer electrical tests including:
- Turns Ratio Test (TTR)
- Winding Resistance Measurement (WRM)
- Insulation Resistance (IR)
- Magnetic Balance Test
- Vector Group Verification
- Applied Voltage Test
- Induced Voltage Test
- Partial Discharge Test
- Temperature Rise Test
- No-load and Load Loss Measurement
- Impedance Voltage Test
- SFRA (Sweep Frequency Response Analysis)
- Capacitance & Tan Delta Tests
- Verify test setups and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Quality Assurance
- Review test procedures and quality plans.
- Analyze test results and identify abnormalities or non-conformities.
- Prepare test reports and inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and qu
