Job Description: HR Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and performance management. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work culture, aligning HR policies with organizational goals, and ensuring effective workforce management in a construction workplace.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes.

2. Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Address employee grievances and provide resolutions in alignment with company policies.




- Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

3. Payroll and Attendance Management:
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets for project teams.

4. Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs for employees and coordinate training programs.
- Assist in creating and implementing career development plans.

6. Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Track employee performance and coordinate with department heads to manage KPI
