About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, build an engaged community, and drive brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end social media strategies, updating website, creating compelling content, managing organic and paid campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Own Website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest/X.
- Content Creation & Curation: Plan, script, and oversee the production of high-quality photos, graphics, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and engaging copy aligned with our brand voice.
- Content Calendar Management:



Maintain a structured monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely alignment with campaigns/trends.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, foster audience interactions, and build a loyal brand community.
- Performance & Analytics: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates), prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to maximize reach and conversion goals within budget constraints.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, tools, and competitor activities to keep our brand ahead.
