Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.:
- Manage payments, receipts, invoices, vouchers, and expense tracking. Record accounting entries in Tally/ERP and maintain accurate books of accounts.:
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports. Support year-end financial statement preparation and audit requirements. Taxation & Compliance:
- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax-related accounting and compliance activities. Ensure timely filing of GST returns and maintenance of statutory records.:
- Manage TDS deductions, reconciliations, and filings. Assist in annual Income Tax Return filing and tax documentation.:
- Statutory Compliance Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of trade licenses and other statutory registrations.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely filing of all regulatory returns. Coordinate with auditors, consultants,
and regulatory authorities as required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance. Working knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Robust analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Salt Lake City, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
