Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth shop-floor operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and manpower allocation
Monitor production output and ensure timely completion of work
Maintain quality standards and reduce production defects
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
Prepare production and shift reports
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Resolve shop-floor issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:
✔ Basic knowledge of production/manufacturing processes
✔ Positive communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage shop-floor workforce
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
