Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Operations Associate to support various operational activities across our Experience Centers and business operations.



This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day tasks. The role requires regular field visits, coordination with vendors and external workforce, store support activities, and execution of operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations
- Coordinate printing and delivery of marketing and promotional materials.
- Support execution of store marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in store merchandising and product display management.
- Ensure marketing collaterals are available and properly displayed across stores.Store Setup & Expansion
- Support new store setup and launch activities.
- Coordinate material procurement and order placement for store requirements.
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and external workforce for setup-related activities.
