Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complete branch operations.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the branch sales team.
- Conduct face-to-face counseling with clients and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Handle both hot and cold leads effectively and ensure maximum conversions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and branch performance reports.
- Coordinate with management for operational planning and business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Branch Management, Sales, or Team Handling.
- Solid leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent face-to-face counseling and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales processes, client handling, and branch operations.
- Experience in handling hot and cold leads.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Job Details
- Job Location: Ahmedabad
- Training: 10-15 days in Chandigarh (Unpaid)
- Accommodation, Meals & Travel: Provided by the Company during the training period.
- Salary: Salary will commence after successful completion of the training and joining at the Ahmedabad branch.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekly Off as per company policy)
- Employment Agreement: 2-Year Service Agreement is mandatory.
