Job Description of Network Support:
Network Design & Planning:
- Design and implement new network solutions or improve the efficiency of current networks.
- Plan network architecture and configurations.
- Develop network diagrams and documentation.

Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Monitor network performance to identify problems and optimize systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network

issues.
- Perform network upgrades and system enhancements.

Installation & Configuration:
- Configure firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Install and configure wireless access points.
- Ensure the integration of various hardware devices.

Security Management:
- Implement network security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Experience with network security practices, including firewalls, encryption, and VPNs.
- Monitor network for security breaches or intrusions.




- Respond to security incidents and assist in disaster recovery processes.

Support:
- Ensure smooth network operation and security compliance.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer or Diploma in a related field.
- Skilled certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in collaboration tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

Experience: -

3-5 years of experience in network engineering or related fields.
- Experience with virtualized networking (SDN, NFV).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
