ABOUT THE ROLE

KGDC Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing Solar EPC company executing residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop projects across Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. We are building a high-performance residential solar direct sales team across these territories.

The Solar Sales Executive (SSE) is the primary face of KGDC at the ground level — responsible for generating leads, meeting customers at home, explaining the solar proposition clearly, and closing bookings. This is a direct-to-consumer selling role with strong incentive upside.
- Prior solar experience is not compulsory. We are looking for energetic, customer-facing sales professionals who can learn rapid and execute on the ground._

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through door-to-door visits, referrals,



local BTL activities, and community engagement
- Meet prospective customers, conduct site visits, and explain the rooftop solar proposition and subsidy benefits
- Walk customers through ROI calculations, subsidy eligibility, and EMI financing options
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and coordinate handoff to the installation team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and pipeline entries in the CRM system (Zoho CRM)
- Follow up on pending leads, dropped quotations, and post-booking queries
- Achieve monthly booking targets — minimum 4 installs/month, target 6 installs/month
- Provide on-ground market feedback — competitor activity, customer objections, pricing sensitivity

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 1-4 years of experience in direct consumer sales — insurance, microfinance, consumer lending, FMCG, telecom, or similar
- Comfortable with field work — travelling within the assigned distr
