- About the Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client business requirements and propose tailored IT consulting and digital transformation solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for SaaS platforms and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create winning proposals and solution strategies.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at client meetings,



networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or IT Consulting Sales.
- Proven experience in developing business across domestic and international markets.
- Strong understanding of IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, ERP, RPA, AI/ML, Web & Mobile Application Development, and SaaS Platforms.
- Experience in enterprise client acquisition and account management.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and close high-value deals.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technology consulting or software services org
