Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop data-driven strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS improvement.
- Manage complete campaign lifecycle — research, planning, setup, execution, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign segmentation.
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns including Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversion campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, ROAS, and revenue.
- Continuously perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies to reduce acquisition costs and improve conversion rates.




- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA/CPL and ROAS.
- Work closely with the creative, content, design, sales, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Develop briefs for ad creatives, videos, UGC, landing pages, and promotional campaigns based on performance data.
- Track and analyze the complete marketing funnel, from ad impression to lead, qualified lead, sale, and revenue.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing audiences.
- Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to identify gaps between lead generation and actual revenue.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure productive allocation of spend across campaigns and platforms.
