Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and onboard new Domestic and International clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, upselling, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and requirement gathering.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client support.
- Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.
- Follow up on validations, invoices, and payments.




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
- Represent the company during client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing, with proven experience in independently managing client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Robust sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling Domestic and International clients.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Experience in Affiliate Marketing Networks.
- Understanding of Performance Marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPS,
