Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain recurring MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for various departments and leadership.
- Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources into standardized report formats (dashboards, Excel/PPT decks, PDFs).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.
- Manage the end-to-end reporting calendar and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Sales, Operations, and HR teams to gather data inputs required for reports.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies before report distribution.
- Standardize reporting templates and formats across teams for consistency.
- Automate recurring MIS reports where possible using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Present reports to senior management in a transparent, concise, and professional manner.




- Maintain documentation of reporting processes and definitions (data dictionary).
- Ensure compliance with data governance, financial reporting standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:
- MBA required (Finance specialization preferred).
- Background in Accounts/Finance is mandatory.
- Prior working experience in MIS reporting is required — 3 - 5years in a dedicated MIS/reporting role within an Accounts or Finance function.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with accounting/financial data structures (P&L;, balance sheet elements, cost centers, budgets vs. actuals) preferred.
- Experience with reporting/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data clearly to leadership.
