Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students' daily routines, including wake-up, meals, study hours, and bedtime.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and adherence to hostel rules.
- Provide pastoral care, emotional support, and guidance to students.
- Monitor students' health, hygiene, attendance, and overall well-being.
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and school management regarding student progress.
- Maintain hostel records, attendance, and incident reports.
- Organize recreational and life-skill activities for boarders.
- Handle emergencies calmly and follow school safety and safeguarding protocols.
- Ensure hostel cleanliness, maintenance, and proper use of facilities.
- Communicate with parents regarding student welfare whenever required.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a House Parent, Hostel Warden, or in a residential school/hostel.
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, patient, and approachable personality.
- Ability to maintain discipline while building positive relationships with students.
- Willingness to stay on the school campus (Residential role).

Preferred Skills
- Experience in CBSE/Residential/Boarding Schools.
- Knowledge of child safeguarding and student welfare practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
