Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, skilled services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
- Familiarity with Android development.
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience effectively.
- Data analysis and good data-driven decision-making skills.
